Research Interests

My research interests lie in the understanding of depositional systems and their preserved stratigraphy, and in applying this knowledge to the characterization of rocks and fluid flow in hydrocarbon reservoirs. My research is grounded in the insights provided by outcrop geology, but I am an advocate of collaborative, cross-disciplinary research that integrates different data types and analytical approaches.
